Acquired in Jan-19, the property is over two lots for 9,379 sqm in total site area and located in Berkeley Vale, NSW in the middle of NSW Central Coast. The properties included original 90s/00s ranch style self-storage buildings for a total 4,150 sqm in NLA.

Following acquisition, a minor capital works program was completed to improve access and security as well as presentation of the buildings through painting and signage. Storage King were engaged to professionally manage the facility as an operating partner.
