As Managing Director, Julian leads the business with core responsibility for strategy, partnerships and financing in addition to a joint CIO role for all investments.

Joining the business in 2016, Stuart has 11 years of real estate investment and development experience having managed, advised or developed over $500mm in real estate.
As Head of Property, Stuart leads the acquisition and investment management function of the business in addition to a joint CIO role for all investments.

Rohan Dickeson | Investment Analyst

Joining the business in 2023, Rohan’s role encompasses investment analysis and strategy across capital transactions, existing assets, and investor relations. Building on previous experience and education, Rohan plays a pivotal role in the investment management function of the business. Additionally, Rohan assists in managing capital transactions through tasks such as financial modelling, conducting due diligence, and market research.
Rohan joined from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where he worked in Commercial Banking since 2019.
