Acquired in May-22, the property is 11,800 sqm in site area located in Picton, NSW on the southern edge of Sydney. The existing warehouse on the property was part converted to a self-storage use by the prior owner in addition to construction of other outbuildings for a total of 3,650 sqm in NLA. The remainder of the main warehouse is leased to commercial tenants. Store Local were engaged to professionally manage the facility as an operating partner. 

In 2023, a CDC was secured for conversion of the remaining commercial warehouse area to a self-storage use for an addition 2,650 sqm in NLA. The expansion is due to take place in late-2024 and will mean the store sits at 6,550 sqm in NLA.
